One session, live

This one happens live, once

This isn't a pre-recorded video you half-watch on 2x speed. It's a live session, run once, where you can bring your own pricing questions and be part of the conversation. Register and you'll also get the replay, but the live discussion only happens on the day.

Come with a pricing question in mind. You'll leave with a clearer way to answer it.

Why pricing feels so hard

You've been told a dozen different things about pricing

And most of them contradict each other. Hourly billing is dead. Fixed fees are the only way. If you're not value pricing you're leaving money on the table. And now AI is in the mix too. No wonder it's hard to know what's right for your business.

  • "Hourly billing is dead."

  • "You have to be value pricing."

  • "Fixed fee, or nothing."

  • "Just match the going rate."

  • "AI will replace bookkeepers."

  • "Never reveal your hourly rate."

Here's the thing. None of that advice is entirely wrong. The problem is what happens when good advice gets treated as a universal rule, applied to every business, every client and every situation. Because context matters.

The conversation we need to have

There is no single correct pricing model.

Different approaches work in different situations. The right one is the one that supports the business, and the life, you're actually trying to build. That's the conversation this masterclass is about.

What makes this different

Not which model. How to decide.

Most pricing training

Tells you which pricing model to adopt, and asks you to switch everything over to it.

This masterclass

Gives you a practical framework for choosing the right approach for each client and service, so the decision is yours.

Why the debate is so polarising

Stephanie Crawford

Business coach for bookkeepers

I've spent more than 20 years in the bookkeeping profession. I built and sold my own firm, Jada Accounts, and today I run Business Headspace, working with small businesses as a bookkeeping and accounting software consultant. Alongside that, I coach bookkeepers across New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the US.

I'm a business coach, speaker and award-winning educator, and an ICNZB Master Bookkeeper. I know the pricing conversation from the inside, because I've had it in my own business first, and I still do.

If you're ready for your next step, I'd love to help, and this Bookkeeper Breakthrough Session is the perfect place to start.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will there be a replay?

Yes. Everyone who registers is sent the replay afterwards, so you're covered even if you can't make it live.

Do I need to attend live?

No, but it's better if you can. The live session includes time for questions, and that's often where the most useful thinking happens. If you can't be there, register anyway and watch the replay.

How long is the session?

Around 45 minutes for the masterclass itself, plus time for live questions afterwards.

Is it really free?

It is. There's no cost to attend and no obligation. It's a genuine masterclass, not a thinly disguised sales pitch, built to leave you with something you can use.

Who is it for?

Any bookkeeper who wants more clarity and confidence around their pricing. Established practice owners, sole practitioners, and newer bookkeepers who aren't sure where to start are all welcome. If pricing feels uncertain, you'll get something from this.

One last thing

Pricing shouldn't be confusing.

Join the live masterclass and learn how to make pricing decisions with confidence, for the business and the life you actually want.
