Membership Terms

Welcome, and thank you for becoming a member of Stephanie Crawford Coaching.

These Membership Terms explain how your membership works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you as a member. They help ensure everyone has a positive experience and understands how the membership operates.

These Membership Terms apply to ongoing membership programmes offered by Business Headspace Ltd trading as Stephanie Crawford Coaching ("Stephanie Crawford Coaching", "we", "our" or "us"), including The Business of Bookkeeping (TBOB), unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Membership Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Membership

Your membership gives you access to the features and benefits described on the relevant sales page at the time you join.

Depending on your membership, this may include live coaching sessions, online training, downloadable resources, templates and tools, session recordings, member-only events, online community access and other resources or benefits introduced from time to time.

We continually improve our programmes, so membership content and features may evolve over time.

2. Membership Fees and Billing

Membership fees are charged in advance and automatically renew at the billing frequency selected when you joined.

By purchasing your membership, you authorise Stephanie Crawford Coaching to automatically charge your nominated payment method until your membership is cancelled.

Prices are displayed at checkout and include GST where applicable.

3. Failed Payments

If we are unable to process your payment, we may make further attempts to collect payment.

If payment remains outstanding, we may suspend access to coaching sessions, member resources, recordings and the online community until your account is brought up to date.

4. Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership by contacting us or through your account at least one week before your next billing date.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further payments will be taken after cancellation.

5. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in these Membership Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.

6. Programme Changes

Stephanie Crawford Coaching is committed to continually improving the member experience.

We may update training content, add new resources, retire outdated material, introduce guest experts, change coaching topics, adjust session dates or times, or improve the online member experience.

These changes form part of the ongoing development of the membership and do not constitute a reduction in value.

7. Respectful Participation

We want our membership to be a safe, supportive and professional environment where bookkeepers feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and learning together.

Members are expected to:
• Treat others with courtesy and respect.
• Keep discussions professional.
• Respect the confidentiality of other members.
• Avoid discriminatory, abusive or intimidating behaviour.
• Refrain from promoting unrelated products or services without prior approval.

If a member's behaviour negatively affects the community, we may suspend or terminate their membership.
