1. Purpose

Monthly 1:1 accountability coaching is for clients who want continued support, clarity, and momentum as they keep building and evolving their business.

2. What’s Included

  • 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom

  • Monthly sessions (or frequency as agreed)

  • Additional support via email or WhatsApp between sessions if required

Sessions are scheduled in advance and delivered online unless otherwise agreed.

This is about keeping the progress you’ve made going, with structure, clarity, and me in your corner.

3. Client Commitments

  • Attend scheduled sessions, prepared and on time

  • Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule

  • Complete agreed actions or exercises between sessions

  • Communicate openly about your goals, challenges, and progress

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session

  • Sessions missed without notice are forfeited

  • If I am unavailable, your session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time

  • All sessions must be used within the agreed coaching term unless otherwise arranged

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due in advance.

Refund Policy: I want you to feel confident in your investment. If at any point you feel you are not receiving value from this coaching programme, please let me know.

  • Unused sessions that you have paid for in advance may be refunded, or your remaining payment plan may be cancelled.

  • Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

  • Refunds and cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion

All fees are in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise agreed; any conversion costs or bank fees are your responsibility.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

All coaching conversations and materials are confidential. I will not share your information without permission unless required by law. Personal data will be stored securely and used only for coaching delivery, scheduling, and communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials I provide remain my property and are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without my written consent.

8. Responsibility & Results

I provide tools and guidance in good faith. Your results depend on your commitment, actions, and circumstances. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and my liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme.

9. Termination

Either party may end this agreement with written notice. If you end the programme early, any unused sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

10. Force Majeure

If unforeseen events (illness, natural disaster, internet outage, etc.) prevent a session from going ahead, we will reschedule. Neither party is liable for delays beyond their control.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

This agreement is governed by New Zealand law. For international clients, your local consumer rights are acknowledged. Disputes will first be addressed by open communication, and if needed, mediation or arbitration before court proceedings.

12. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Coaching Agreement.
