Coaching Agreement

Thank you for choosing to work with Stephanie Crawford Coaching.

This Coaching Agreement explains how we'll work together, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you as a coaching client. It is designed to create a positive, professional and productive coaching relationship where expectations are clear from the outset.

This Coaching Agreement applies to coaching services provided by Business Headspace Ltd trading as Stephanie Crawford Coaching ("Stephanie Crawford Coaching", "we", "our" or "us"), including Headspace Coaching, From Bookkeeper to Business Owner (FBTBO) and any other coaching programmes unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing or participating in a coaching programme, you agree to this Coaching Agreement together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Our Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you build a stronger bookkeeping business through strategic guidance, education, accountability and support.

Our role is to ask questions, provide feedback, challenge your thinking, share ideas and help you make informed business decisions.

Your role is to decide what actions you take and to implement those actions within your own business.

2. Coaching Services

Your programme may include one-to-one coaching, group coaching, online sessions, workshops, resources, templates, assessments, email support or other services, depending on the programme you have purchased.

The specific inclusions for your programme are described on the relevant sales page or proposal.

3. Scheduling

Coaching sessions will be arranged by mutual agreement.

If you need to reschedule an individual coaching session, please provide as much notice as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, missed sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited.

If Stephanie needs to reschedule a session, every effort will be made to arrange an alternative time as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Programme Participation

To get the most value from coaching, we encourage you to attend scheduled sessions, complete agreed actions where practical, communicate openly and honestly, ask questions, and take responsibility for implementing decisions within your own business.

The quality of your results will largely depend on your own commitment and action.

5. Fees and Payments

Programme fees and payment schedules are those agreed when you enrolled.

Where payment plans are available, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to keep payments up to date may result in coaching sessions or programme access being suspended until your account is brought up to date.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, coaching fees are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer legislation.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy.

Information you share during coaching will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law, where there is a serious risk of harm, or where you have provided permission for information to be shared.

Where coaching takes place in a group setting, all participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of discussions.
